Suitable for everyone, our weekly meditation classes in Dublin are a perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. 

Learn how to use Buddhist meditation & mindfulness training to increase your inner peace and happiness, improve relationships and solve daily problems. Classes include talks, guided meditation and Q&A.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Reclaiming Joy

  • Livestream Fee: €10 per class (free for members)

Whilst we all have the potential to live with genuine peace of mind and joy, the busyness of daily life and the challenges we meet in our world can often leave us feeling stressed and joyless. Learn meditations and ways to improve our mindfulness that enable us to tune into, and reclaim the natural peace, joy and positive energy that lies within our minds. Discover how to develop and maintain a peaceful, positive perspective, even in the face of adversity.

Learn to Meditate, at Home

  • Date: Thursday Evenings (Classes will resume after summer break on Aug 13)

When you can’t go out, why not go in! and take the opportunity to drop-in on these weekly classes and learn how to meditate, or upgrade your current meditation practice, from the comfort of your own home. We all have the potential to become accomplished meditators and to find a deep and stable inner peace and happiness, through this time honoured practise. 

Each week in these drop-in sessions, we will combine training in various meditation practises with advice to help us continually improve our meditation skill set and experience.

These sixty minute sessions, will help us establish and maintain a deeply enjoyable and rewarding meditation practice, whether we are brand new to meditation, or have been meditating for years and feel our practice could do with an upgrade.

In this way, we will make progress in the journey of learning how to master the art of meditation, and come to experience the profound and positive benefits of a regular meditation practice, an ever increasing, deep and stable experience of inner calm, peace of mind and genuine happiness, from the inside-out.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

  • Time: 10:30-11:30am

These new sixty minute drop-in meditation classes offer a perfect opportunity to take some time out, relax into our Sunday mornings, focus on our inner well-being, and set ourselves up in the best possible way, for the week ahead. Each session will include a deeply relaxing guided meditation, as well as practical and inspiring insights – that Buddha taught – to help us access, develop confidence in, and actualise, our innate potential for great peace, joy and fulfillment in our lives, from the inside-out.

In particular, these sessions will focus on how we can integrate these trainings in meditation and improving our mindfulness into our daily life, whether at home, at work, or on the go. In this way, we can start the week the way we mean to go on, relaxed, refreshed and re-energised for the week ahead.

Simply Meditate

  • Online Weekly Pass Fee: €8 (free for members)
  • 3x Audio Guided Meditations (30 mins each)
  • Time: 30-min on demand (Classes will resume after summer break on Aug 17)

Take a peaceful break from your day, and enjoy these deeply relaxing guided audio meditations and brief advice on how to maintain that sense of inner calm, peace of mind and positive energy throughout your day. In this way we can return to our day with a calm, clear and peaceful mind, feeling genuinely refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day ahead.

Please book your bundle of on-demand classes before Monday each week. You will then receive a confirmation email followed by a link to the on-demand classes.

These weekly online livestream classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. Don’t worry if you miss the start of a series, as each class is self-contained.

Please book your place for each online livestream class at least one hour prior to the class beginning. You will receive an email with a link to the livestream class on the day of the class if you have booked before that day. If you book on the day of the class, you will receive an email with a link one hour before the class starts.

We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, no-one receives a salary. The funds we receive are used to pay for our operating expenses.
