Worry Less, Enjoy Life

NOTE: NEW TIME 7PM – 8:15PM.

The challenging times we live in and the demands of our modern lifestyles can easily lead to increasing levels of worry and anxiety, even in the most positive and resilient of us. Discover how the power of meditation combined with learning how to relate to the challenges we meet with more wisdom and perspective enables us to worry less and enjoy life more fully, from the inside-out.

In this series of drop-in sessions with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – through weekly talks and relaxing guided meditations, we will learn how to skilfully recognise, reduce and let go of unhelpful tendencies towards overthinking, worry and anxiety, that we can all experience when we meet difficulties in everyday life.

We will learn how to live more lightly, with a genuinely calm mind and positive outlook on life, that leads to increasing flexibility and fearlessness to work with, and through the challenges we meet in our days and lives. We will discover how this naturally leads to a deeper and more consistent peace, happiness and joy in everyday life, from the inside-out!

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so please feel free to drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Meditation for Daily Life

Our Meditation for Daily Life series provides practical advice on how everyone can learn to meditate. For beginners it will offer guidelines on how to begin a daily meditation practice. We will learn meditations to relax body and mind and achieve inner peace and mental clarity. Through this experience, we will develop an inner resilience in the face of life’s challenges and a kind and patient attitude towards others

This series also consists of advice on how to integrate our meditation into our busy daily life. We will explore how meditation is not confined to our meditation session; it can permeate our whole life. Seeing how our meditation practice effects our external activities, which in turn affect our meditation, we can learn to create a positive cycle without any gap between meditation and daily life.

This Wednesday evening class is a perfect opportunity to pause, meditate and refresh midweek. Everybody is welcome.

Choosing Love, Through Ups & Downs

NOTE: NEW TIME 7PM – 8:15PM.

Love can be a great healer and source of genuine peace and happiness in our lives and relationships. However, it can also be a real challenge to maintain that warmth, affection and love when we meet difficult times in our lives and relationships, whether with a partner, family member or friend.

In this series of drop-in sessions with Kadam Adam – which are suitable for everyone – through weekly talks and relaxing guided meditations, we will explore how it’s possible to consciously choose to love the people we’re with, through the inevitable ups and downs of life and relationships.

We will explore how meditation enables us to discover, cultivate and live more consistently in alignment with the innate potential that lies within each and every one of us for a deep and authentic love.

We will learn how to skilfully recognise, reduce and let go of feelings of guilt, hurt, anger or resentment, and thereby see how it’s possible to heal old wounds and difficulties in relationships.

Finally, we will discover how every time we choose to love, we increase our own peace of mind and happiness, as well as create the basis for genuinely healthy relationships with everyone in our lives.

Note: Each class in the series is self-contained, so please feel free to drop in to any class, any week. There’s also an opportunity to stay back for a cuppa and chat after class if you wish, in what’s always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
