Suitable for everyone, our weekly online livestream meditation classes in Dublin are a perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself.

Why this Day Matters

It’s been just over a year since the pandemic landed in our lives and we all said goodbye to our relatively free existence. For many of us, every day is starting to feel the same and ‘pandemic burnout’ and emotional fatigue have become a very real thing.

In this livestream series of meditation classes with Kadam Adam, we will explore proven meditations and practices for everyday life, on how to respond to the challenges of each day, so that instead of depleting our energy and taking us into a downward spiral, they actually energise us and become the catalyst for deep personal growth and development.

We will discover how to use the difficulties we meet to unlock our potential for real peace, happiness, emotional freedom, love, compassion, wisdom and more. We will learn how to begin living each day as a spiritual adventure, in which both our challenges, as well as our joys, become the very thing that enable us to grow.

Learn to Meditate, at Home

Drop-in on these livestream weekly classes and learn how to meditate, or upgrade your current meditation practice, from the comfort of your own home. We all have the potential to become accomplished meditators, and find a deep and stable inner peace and happiness through this time-honoured practise. Each week, we will combine training in particular meditation practises – drawn from the inspiring Lamrim (stages of the path) meditations – combined with advice to help us continually improve our meditation skill set and experience.

Finding a Deeper Peace & Joy
in Daily Life

Is it really possible to experience a deep and consistent feeling of peace and joy, in our normal daily life? even in these trying times we are in. Thankfully, Yes!

In these new Friday morning drop in livestream sessions with Kadam Adam, learn meditations and practices for improving our mindfulness in daily life, that will enable us to consistently tune into a natural source of peace, joy and positive energy in our own mind, throughout our day.

In each session, we will also learn how to transform how we relate to the challenges and joys we meet in everyday life, so that they can become the catalyst for finding a deeper and more consistent experience of peace of mind, happiness and resilience throughout our life.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

These sixty minute drop-in livestream meditation classes offer a perfect opportunity to take some time out, relax into our Sunday mornings, focus on our inner well-being, and set ourselves up in the best possible way, for the week ahead. Each session will include a deeply relaxing guided meditation, as well as practical and inspiring insights – that Buddha taught – to help us access, develop confidence in, and actualise, our innate potential for great peace, joy and fulfillment in our lives, from the inside-out.

Simply Meditate, at Lunchtime

Take a peaceful break from your day, and enjoy these deeply relaxing guided livestream meditations and brief advice on how to maintain that sense of inner calm, peace of mind and positive energy throughout your day. In this way we can return to our day with a calm, clear and peaceful mind, feeling genuinely refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day ahead.

Please book your bundle of lunchtime classes before Monday at 11.30am each week. You will then receive a confirmation email followed by a link to the classes.

These weekly online livestream classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. Don’t worry if you miss the start of a series, as each class is self-contained.

Please book your place for each online livestream class at least one hour prior to the class beginning. You will receive an email with a link to the livestream class on the day of the class if you have booked before that day. If you book on the day of the class, you will receive an email with a link one hour before the class starts.

We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, no-one receives a salary. The funds we receive are used to pay for our operating expenses. We appreciate that current times are financially challenging for some. If you have difficulty affording our fees please get in touch to discuss a concession. Email here.
