Suitable for everyone, our weekly meditation classes in Dublin are a perfect opportunity to take a break from busy daily life and experience the benefits of meditation for yourself. 

Learn how to use Buddhist meditation & mindfulness training to increase your inner peace and happiness, improve relationships and solve daily problems. Classes include talks, guided meditation and Q&A.

Letting Go, Moving Forward

As we enter a ‘new normal’, learn how to let go of the past, live fully in the present, and create a life of increasing peace, happiness and resilience. Discover how we are not fixed, or defined by our past experiences or present limiting beliefs, we can move beyond them. In reality, we all have an extraordinary potential for positive change. Learn meditations, and ways to improve our mindfulness that enable us to change direction and create the future we want.

Learn to Meditate, at Home

Drop-in on these weekly classes and learn how to meditate, or upgrade your current meditation practice, from the comfort of your own home. We all have the potential to become accomplished meditators, and find a deep and stable inner peace and happiness through this time-honoured practise. Each week, we will combine training in particular meditation practises – drawn from the inspiring Lamrim (stages of the path) meditations – combined with advice to help us continually improve our meditation skill set and experience.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

These new sixty minute drop-in meditation classes offer a perfect opportunity to take some time out, relax into our Sunday mornings, focus on our inner well-being, and set ourselves up in the best possible way, for the week ahead. Each session will include a deeply relaxing guided meditation, as well as practical and inspiring insights – that Buddha taught – to help us access, develop confidence in, and actualise, our innate potential for great peace, joy and fulfillment in our lives, from the inside-out.

In particular, these sessions will focus on how we can integrate these trainings in meditation and improving our mindfulness into our daily life, whether at home, at work, or on the go. In this way, we can start the week the way we mean to go on, relaxed, refreshed and re-energised for the week ahead.

Simply Meditate, at Lunchtime

Take a peaceful break from your day, and enjoy these deeply relaxing guided meditations and brief advice on how to maintain that sense of inner calm, peace of mind and positive energy throughout your day. In this way we can return to our day with a calm, clear and peaceful mind, feeling genuinely refreshed and re-energised for the rest of the day ahead.

Please book your bundle of lunchtime classes before Monday at 11.30am each week. You will then receive a confirmation email followed by a link to the classes.

These weekly online livestream classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness training. Don’t worry if you miss the start of a series, as each class is self-contained.

Please book your place for each online livestream class at least one hour prior to the class beginning. You will receive an email with a link to the livestream class on the day of the class if you have booked before that day. If you book on the day of the class, you will receive an email with a link one hour before the class starts.

We use the Zoom webinar platform. If you have any concerns about being able to access our Livestream classes or experience any technical issues then feel free to email Barry here or phone 01 492 7136.

We are a registered charity run entirely by volunteers, no-one receives a salary. The funds we receive are used to pay for our operating expenses. We appreciate that current times are financially challenging for some. If you have difficulty affording our fees please get in touch to discuss a concession. Email here.
