INNER PEACE & HAPPINESS IN EVERYDAY LIFE

Everyone Welcome

Tara Kadampa Meditation Centre

Everyone is warmly welcome at Tara KMC, Dublin and our branches throughout Ireland. With a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, you don’t have to be Buddhist to enjoy and benefit from our classes and events. We teach meditation and Buddha’s advice for daily life, to help everyone solve problems and find the peace and happiness we seek, in a way that’s easy to understand and apply to everyday life.

When the turbulence of distracting thoughts subsides and our mind becomes still, a deep happiness and contentment naturally arises from within.

— Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
