Discover how training in meditation and mindfulness can help anyone to learn how to stop worrying and start living the life we want.

It’s easy to miss out on fully enjoying our life, through worrying about the past or a future that may never happen. We may want to make changes in our life but our anxieties stop us from moving forward. Each week during this series Kadam Adam will introduce us to meditations and practices for daily life that will enable us to change this.

Discover how meditation empowers us to access a deeper sense of inner peace, happiness and well-being, feeling genuinely and consistently good on the inside. Connecting to the natural peace and joy within our mind opens us up to recognising and identifying with the potential for happiness, inner strength and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us. We will learn how training in meditation and mindfulness can help anyone to strengthen and grow all these inner qualities.

We will also learn how to recognise, reduce and confidently let go of the causes of worry and stress within our own mind. We will learn how to view our life with the wisdom that enables us to grow our inner strength, peace of mind and happiness. In this way we will cultivate the freedom of mind to work with life’s challenges in a positive and constructive way, free of worry, no matter what is happening in our life.

The classes are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Each class is self-contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish.
